Any other Brokers facing difficulty getting signed up on BPs Featured Lender System?

I have tried for months to try to get signed up for BP's Featured Lender System and it seems like each time I try to get a hold of someone at BP, I get ghosted with no explanation...

I have been pretty active on these forums, have helped several investors secure financing and have built my reputation from the bottom. I wonder if anyone else is facing difficulties?

I threw some money at it just out of curiosity a while back. 90% of the leads came from outside the BP forums from social media ads on youtube and meta. The vast majority were unqualified homebuyers looking for 100% financing, downpayment assistance, etc. Very, very few leads were actually RE investors.

That's crazy. When I tried to get signed up they were quoting a few thousand dollars for maybe like 25-50 leads depending on the state. Sounds like a money grab forsure

Yeah it was something like that. You had to buy a bundle with a fixed number of leads. I think 25 was the amount that I purchased. I closed one of them, so that paid for the bundle, but the vast majority were complete trash. If you got really niche with the leads and had a few ways to monetize them, then I could see it working out in terms of longrun value if you have some cash to gamble with and could run this for volume.

I've tested paid leads from a few different sources and providers, but nothing has ever panned out to be actually worthwhile. When you think about it, selling leads doesnt make sense - generating quality leads is arguably the hardest part of the business. If you're good at that part, you don't sell the leads, you hire or buy the infrastructure and personnel to close them internally. Call me crazy, but I'm inherently skeptical of lead-gen services. Just doesnt make sense to me.
