I’m exploring creative finance and wanted to know the structures that layer in public grants (TIF, local façade programs, etc.) alongside a hard-money renovation loan.

It's been pretty reliable and allows me to control temp and see what outside temp is like.Last app/product I adore, is the Hubspace app that connects to sockets that you can program on/off for the outside lights. 

Apparently he doesn't want to participate; why not just move somewhere that will accept the program?
