Yucca Valley/Joshua Tree are very saturated with STR's. 

Hey everyone,I’m building out a short-term rental in the [Joshua Tree] market and looking to connect with local cohosts or STR operators who take pride in running top-tier guest experiences — the kind where systems are dialed in, and the property shines every time.I’m not looking for a traditional property management company  — I’m looking for a boots-on-the-ground partner who thinks like an investor and operates like an owner.I’m hoping to find or learn:Anyone here cohosting in the JT area and open to sharing their experience (what works, what doesn’t)?

My plan 1. build septic mound and system to design2. build pad to extend past HUD for patio3. gravel drive and parking area with washed stone4. have utility water and electric performed by professional - I would possibly dig for water line install and electrical conduit 5. landscape/plant trees etc. 

I salute your noble quest to root out evil syndicators but you’re barking up the wrong tree here.We've been very transparent with our investors and we've acted in good faith every step of the way. 

Guess I never paid attention, I just know on some more expensive items I just figure to go in the store (i.e. new xmas tree this year was $600) so worth the few mins extra time driving versus having it delivered to my door to get the 10% discount, but I never calculated if it was actually 10% just paid once they rung it in with discount.
