With slower job growth and rising unemployment reducing wage pressures, inflation is easing and has potential to continue its downward trajectory in the coming months.

Its proximity to the Baltimore Ave commercial district, coupled with a favorable rent growth trajectory in Philadelphia, makes it an ideal candidate for both passive income and active development.

That level of forced equity will not materially alter the trajectory of their investment career.

So,  if you are serious and have some experience, you can probably cut a few years off your business development trajectory, and save more than the $15-$20K fee by retaining this outfit.

In contrast, units occupied by younger, higher-income tenants who are already paying near-market legal rents have a different trajectory.

This issue is about to be forefront, as many such groups are on the same trajectory. 

However, knowing what I know today and applying that knowledge to the portfolio I co-owned in 2016 would have greatly changed the trajectory of the earlier portion of my real estate career.
