That is largely not the case...even the design build firms do not do it themselves The reality is there are typically permit processors who are the ones applying for clients, and usually the developer/owner/designer is the one hiring the permit processor.

@Shakur Granger I'm not in this area in the residential assets but do a large amount of hunting and calling in the triad area for retail space, and retail development land, and in general that asset and area has been hot for the couple years we've been hunting in those markets for clients.
