I agree about the influence some bloggers have.  

A lot of wholesalers/Bloggers on BP promoting NWI as an investor's haven. 

Hello fellowe BP bloggers,I am starting a flipping business in LA and was looking to some materials that will make my life easier and more professional in the business.

If you followed a blog that told you the math didn't matter, you should do this instead, and then gave you an affiliate link to an investment that was mathematically inferior you would likely stop taking the advice of that blogger.

BiggerPockets podcast and other FIRE bloggers have truly changed my life.

The Delta rep I talked to said the faucets and cartriges are the same from plumbing supply vs box stores, but the stores sometimes stock faucets with plastic drains to lower price--plumbers always say box stores sell crap (mine doesn't, but the bloggers do).  

They want to retire younger, achieve freedom, quit there day jobs and travel the world as food and travel bloggers.

Budgets Are Sexy is great for ideas on getting your financial house in order, Afford Anything is written by a blogger who used real estate to retire early and travel the world and has been a guest on the BP podcast, Mr.

Oh I think a BP blogger named Paul Moore analyzed Asheville for multifamily in his book I think entitled The Perfect Investment?

I stopped taking advice seriously from BP since most of the blogger and guru here can't even understand basic math , risk and has too much ego/self-promoter.
