Hello fellowe BP bloggers,

I am starting a flipping business in LA and was looking to some materials that will make my life easier and more professional in the business. I came through the house flipping spread sheets' website where they offer different excel sheets for flippers from analyzing to budgeting to marketing to scheduling etc...and thought about sharing this here to see if anybody have purchased their spreadsheets to  advice me and give me their feedback.

As for finding the wholsesale deals in LA, i came through myhousedeals.com too and they've been hammering me to upgrade my profile to a VIP membership ever since i created a free account a week ago. Now I know that there has been some discussions regarding this website, but noticed that the most recent ones are like 3 years ago and wanted to see if i can get some help and recent feedback from investors who are actually been using it lately. Is it worth looking there? Are there any solid deals?

I really need your help guys and would truly appreciate it!

I personally think the stuff put out by HouseFlippingSpreadsheet.com is awesome...
