Of course the 'faux media' makes it sound like everyone doing 'non conventional' REI like LOs is a sheister... because their advertisers, execs, the 'preferred shareholders' and Crown empire's 1300 'board of directors' that sit on the Global 1000 boards, don't like it when you begin figuring- out their game plays, or rock the Maritime Admiralty ship, on dry land... however I've always liked to "rock the boat," a bit.

Since they copied the idea for the $15 hr minimum wage from Seattle...I wouldn't be surprised if the geniuses on the L.A City council that are over paid ..making $180,000 yr each plus benefits will enact this next.From the article "“Nobody is more safe when people who have criminal backgrounds are unhoused,” said Councilmember Lisa Herbold, chair of the committee and a sponsor of the ordinance with Council President Bruce Harrell.Ok so if Lisa Herbold is so worried about criminals getting housing..I wonder how many criminals she has invited into her home to live with her family...

I've been in a very technical IT role for 12 years and I'm trying to blend technology with my RE portfolio/strategy. my personal opinion  out of state investors have no business buying D class at any time.. and certain C s may or may not work.Locals make it work because its their J O B they are there to watch them like a hawk they know exactly what they are doing and were to buy and not buy.. you simply cant do that from your arm chair

@Patti Robertson  my neighbor owns her own salon I can only imagine what U go through .. she only deals with 4 or 5 chairs. :)
