If it were me I would ask them for the model and a picture and go onto youtube and get a tutorial to forward to them. 

I would recommend looking around for the custodian that offers education (videos, blogs, tutorials, etc) on the subject; this will give you confidence they know what they're doing!

All of the guides/tutorials I've read don't specifically address this and I'm not sure what to expect here.
