This is also good because I never had a real reason for SHF units other than that it is what was talked about a lot in Keller's Millionaire Real Estate Investor which I listened to a few times.

I’m about to start modestly as an agent for Keller Williams in my local market so that I can start to meet people and learn the basics (and hopefully make some good money too). 

The boss is the "managing broker")  I first got my salesmans license in 97 or 98, and worked at Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams on the North side.

I would recommend the book "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller.
