If you are handling it yourself and do not have much experience, make sure you take the time to prepare a proper application (see forms under Tools section above and modify as needed), find a good screening service (Transunion's Smartmove works well for me, with applicant paying them directly), definitely call/e-mail the previous landlords and verify employment.

And even after that date, schools will be closed through the summer, no large-scale sporting events/concerts/gatherings through November or December, and I don't think things will go back to normal at the end of June, there will just be a modified version of the stay at home order that starts to open up lower risk businesses and activities (that have large economic benefits) over time.I'm buckling up and focusing on cash reserves.
