What will you do different this year?

If a person wants a different outcome, they usually do something different.
With that being said, what do you plan on doing different this year in your business? I suppose it could be more than just your business because it’s all tied together.
I’m not suggesting a person change their business model entirely, but usually a person either deletes something or adds something in order for a different outcome or at least a more modified outcome.

What’s your thoughts?
