I would also engage a mold remediation company to get it taken care of.Lastly, if you have not gotten sick the past 4 years I doubt it will happen now, you can have someone come in and do indoor and outdoor testing to see if the mold is in the main house - but its something that can be remediated pretty quickly.

This is happening in multiple states where 'New construction" is still trying to sell at inflated prices.
