@Jacquelyn Ceasor I have run into Israeli, Argentinian, Canadian, Brazilian, Australian, Chinese, Indian, Maltese, Greek, French and English Investors buy / own Apartment Complexes in the Cleveland market.

My computer is only 1 year old and I 5 processor with Lenovo so can handle any recording stuff.You can get lost in the software stuff and it's all Greek to me.

I also eat 2 raw eggs, a scoop of whey protein, a serving of milk, and a serving of Greek yogurt every morning.  60 grams of protein. 

Last time I saw this I was in Greece in 2007, learning the flip game in an environment so out of whack that after the bottom fell out of the giant Ponzi scheme that the country had become, the Greeks were forced to admit the situation would take generations to fix.I'm not going to cry doom and gloom.

It's got foundatuon issues, the roof is probably shot, the electrical was ran by Edison himself, and the Greeks did the plumbing.

The property itself is a very nice rehab so that’s why I thought I needed to include it all  So many Greeks popping up on this site...like a plague of us.

Now, I'm not saying we were racially profiled, but a Greek dual citizen married to a Russian nationalized citizen with plenty of Eastern European associates and friends...hell, if I was the Justice Department, I would want a closer look at us, too and good for them for doing their jobs.

There will always be good deals - the skill is in not only having the confidence to know and to trust that, but also to recognise the deal that is good for you and then to be able to go after it not have someone else's great deal go after you.I hope that helps, sorry to quote Epictetus at you I got a bit carried away but those Greeks knew a thing or two :)
