Did you reach out to Greek life on campus?

Personally I wouldn't even attempt to STR anything outside of "Greek-town" but that's me. 

I also value what their major is and if they're doing any clubs/greek life.

I left Greece in 2007, just before the bottom fell out of the Greek economy, came to the USA and married a Russian/Ukrainian immigrant in 2012.

Know they self," Greek someone... this is incredibly important when it comes to property management. 

And I still want to do the Money Podcast eventually and try to explain the connections between radical political instability and personal financial independence, from the perspective of having a family caught in the Greek debt crisis.

I am not saying flipping homes is a bad decision, a balanced appraoch is normally the healthiest investment strategy because cash flow is important and flipping homes can provide that.
