Everyone on the internet is looking for a $400-600k property that will do 80-100k in gross rents without a lot of work or renovation.I'm of the opinion that you have to solve a serious problem or take on a big project (ie parcel off lots, build an ADU, add a bedroom or bathroom, etc.) to get returns to make it worth the hassle.
