They have MyHome and other programs that can be layered with FHA or conventional depending on the borrower’s profile.There are also other city-specific programs within LA County that offer grants or deferred seconds, though they can be income-restricted and sometimes take longer to process.We work with a lot of DPA lenders and are very familiar with structuring these properly so they actually close smoothly.If you’d like, I’m happy to connect and review your client’s scenario to see which program would be the best fit.

You could always have another termite company come in and do an inspection after the sellers do their treatment to make sure it was done properly and there's no additional evidence of termite activity.
