The hotel is recommending Super Shuttle for $40 R/T or $22 one way.The bus will give you a sense of the cities culture.

My SFR HOA charges about $460/mo, but we get a gated community, massive resort-style pool, shuttle service that takes my guests directly from my door to the beach, and plenty of other perks. 

Ours is a 2800 4 br sleeps 12, very nice home in a pool community, deeded beach, and beach shuttle.

If I were them, I would arrange some shuttle service to the property. 

I have been there a few times to watch space shuttle launches....what an experience!!! 

I shuttle back and forth between here and Houston as well though and I will be expanding my business into Houston with in the next few months.
