I guess I need to have him sign something to surrender these items also?

Filed chapter seven last year, included the house (surrendered) and was discharged Nov. 2017.

When an investor surrenders a tax certificate for a tax deed through the probate office does that change how the former owner redeems the property?

The seller's (Owner's) relative who managed this property is not surrendering the keys to the seller.
