There are situations which I think it is beneficial to hold as well, like if you are thinking of upgrading homes and have to continue living in the one you want to sell.If anyone has questions, I would love to dig in and find what I can.Personally, it is not super fun to tour a bunch of homes right now, but I have a pretty good program for it and feel I am taking as many precautions as I can while still continuing to work.

Fastest I have seen was 8 days on DSCR which is some what common since its a lite doc program. 

Apparently there's a community center for art shows, youth programming, etc coming down the block. 

Interest rate is way too low for a 100% program and I do not like 2500 upfront that gets "reimbursed".

Trusts can make estate planning easier and provide a clear path for you to take control, but they don’t always help with financing or renting the property right away.For your multi-family, using the bank’s $5K program along with your own savings is a good move.
