So here’s two of the basic alternatives: reverse engineer to determine the capital needed in 2035v(don’t forget to account for the devaluation of fiat currency (inflation), decide on a plan to follow which gives you the best shot at obtaining said amount of capital, and unless something “dire” occurs, “work”the plan.Alternative 2: learn all you can about real estate investing, with a foundation of real estate principles, real estate finance, and real estate law.

Even though the nurse is already vetted through their agency, I still run standard checks on any adult who will be living in the home—mainly a background check for safety and basic income verification if they’ll be contributing.If the nurse’s contract alone easily meets the income requirement, I don’t stress too much about the spouse’s finances, but I still verify who they are since they’ll be occupying the property.

This is why so many investors are confused, they think they own a class B property, but it's really a class D - and now they are confused because they have class D problems and don't understand why.The market gets basically segmented into four equal quarters by price.Class A is the top 25%Class B is above median----Median is here----Class C is below medianClass D is bottom 25%Class A makes little to no sense to invest, that is $500k and up in Indy.
