It can definitely be done, but whether it will be practical or profitable is another story.

-- AND the practical thing: Clean up my credit rating by (a) increasing available credit (without any hard pulls), and (b) clearing as much open debt as possible to reduce credit utilization (and then keeping it clear!).

Even though we advise to keep savings in a separate rental reserve account, it is not a common practice in the real world for many of our clients.

That is one of my moves is to report Baselane to FTC for such fradulent practices, despite covered in footnotes in terms and conditions.

I believe it is generally a best practice to invest first where you live OR if that's not at all possible (i.e. living in CA), a geographic location you have a trusted family member or friend. 

A sauna + steam shower is a great way to stand out without a hot tub, guests love spa-style upgrades, and they boost photos.For the adventure cabin vibe, add practical “experience” touches: a gear wall or mudroom area, boot warmers, trail maps, a small repair station, or a cozy reading nook.
