How Do You Handle Utilities for Your Midterm Guests? Unlimited or Capped?

Utilities are one of those things that can quietly kill your cash flow if you’re not careful.

Some hosts offer “all-inclusive unlimited.”

Others cap electric/gas and charge overages.

Some even separate internet vs. everything else.

Curious how YOU handle it.

Questions for the group:

-Do you include all utilities, no limits?

-Do you set monthly caps? If so, how much?

-Have you ever had a guest abuse utilities?

-How do you communicate utility expectations upfront?

Trying to compare best practices across the BP community.

What’s working best for you?
