Florida ....and the population of Canada is a lot more than FL.Vaccination is fortunately not as much of a political football here and people actually understand science so I expect that there will be some very vocal people groaning but most people will welcome the chance to show their love for their elders and neighbours...Canada definitely has a lot of warts (a la native Americans) but being pro life is definitely not one of our warts :-)

I would recommend at the worst though 70-80% LTV so if the market ever dips it's hopefully not more than 20% before you can react to it.Like I said totally up to you and your goals I think everyone has their own opinion but you should do what is best for your goals in RE.

Account Closed : My thoughts on this subject as someone who's lived in the SF bay area for close to 40 years:It's currently very unfashionable  in the REI community to go for appreciation plays, but to be honest, before I found BP I didn't even know there was any other strategy and I think that goes for many native Californians.
