I started attending the weekly free webinars that Brandon hosts, watched the free tutorial for newbies that's on the site and bought two of Brandon's books (The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down and The Book on Managing Rental Properties).I hit the ground running, met a great realtor and went under contract for my first property in June!

I then realized that I only plan to put down 3.5% (FHA Loan) vs. 20% that is used in all of BP tutorial videos. 

I gained experience from youtube tutorials,  talking to home owners, agents, other contractors and professionals alike.

Check out Annawhite.com great tutorials, etc - coming from a carpentry teacher.

There's a ton of YouTube tutorials that demonstrate how to get the highest use out of the platform.
