You would benefit from doing some of your own research on migration patterns, job growth, where big companies are moving, taxes, regulations, etc.

They are sophisticated and have very large teams of people with very fancy degrees who study credit card spending behavior and patterns.  

Check you local laws to see if you can lessen that time, or if you must extend it.
