I am new to investing and I am following Brandon's rental cash flow calculator tutorial from bigger pockets.I've analyzed a property but found it to have a negative cash flow.

Find some tutorials online or hire a QBO coach to train you how to enter routine transactions, reconcile the accounts, and generate financial statements. 

I am wondering if anybody has found a tutorial or other resources that has really helped them use hubspot more effectively. 

Not to mention that he has numerous tutorials on his website.

Maybe a video tutorial or something to assist?
