It also padded the runway for me to check off any number of items on my dream list if I wanted to go after those, including traveling to Australia for a few months or maybe taking several side adventures such as exploring Belize, Mexico, Europe, or traveling around the US to visit friends.

But we have minor league baseball and hockey, college basketball, baseball and football, 2 drive in theaters, 2 lakes, 2 malls, multiple golf courses, country clubs, 2 skating rinks, an ice skating rink, museums, orchestras, theaters, some amazing parks, and tons of great food - all within 5 - 30 min away. 45-60 min away you have Amish country, major league baseball, basketball and football, Lake Erie, casinos, 3 airports, etc.

I've been here for a year now since taking my newest aerospace adventure in Torrance, CA.

Its like a small village for dining and shopping with a bunch of great bars restaurants all grouped together.All of the above are about 5 mins from OHare as is a relatively new casino if you are into that.Enjoy !!

Then Had a  Property in Rohnert Park  next to the Graton Casino.. i bought in 95 for 27k bare land 4 acres.. city grew out to us brought us in .. upzoned us. ( keep in mind I spent ZERO on this other than 350 a year in prop taxs.) and we sold in January for 1.9 mil to a local developer.. 

Having never lived far from my tiny hometown, I decided I was ready for a new adventure.

But we’re literally 10 minutes away from world class restaurants in the casinos.
