Real estate license or no?
Hello all. I am very new here. In fact, this is my first post. Yesterday I listened to an old BP podcast that mentioned a few things about becoming a real estate agent when investing. My question is, what is your opinion on having your real estate license to better your investing career? What are the pros and cons to being an investor with a real estate license? This might end up being my first step towards my RE Investing career!
