Joshua, welcome to BiggerPockets, glad you’re jumping in.Your background is actually a strong fit for wholesaling. At its core, this business is marketing, lead flow, and conversations. You’re already ahead if you understand data, outreach, and conversion. One simple tip that saves many beginners:Focus on deal quality early, not just lead volume.Plenty of leads won’t help if the deals aren’t truly assignable or attractive to buyers.Stay consistent, stay visible here, and keep engaging - the learning curve shortens fast when you’re active in the community.Feel free to reach out if you need any help.
