DIY vs Outsourcing Turnovers

I work across several properties in Jersey City and was curious how owners decide what to handle themselves vs outsource when turning units.
From what I see, decisions often hinge on the unit’s potential income, especially when it comes to cleaning and common areas. Seems straightforward
Do you usually base your choices on rent level, property location, or speed to market? I’d love to hear what rules of thumb have worked best for you
