@Frankie Torres I haven't looked at the laws intensely but my understanding is that a fence would be legal in every state similar to how you can fence off an area for a dog kennel or vegetable garden.

From my agricultural roots, I think of planting seeds and eating the resulting vegetables and fruits (or killing and eating the animals that eat the vegetables and fruits).

One of the things we do not know is the valuation of real estate and which way its value will go after this part of the cycle is completed.The more economic versatility there is, is a plus.
