It is like saying I hate vegetables...there are a couple good one's out there :)By warning people about gurus and making some generalizations, I hope to see people at least looking at other options or spending a little more time researching the options they were already looking at...I just hate seeing people lose money.

A better question may be is the program worth 10,000 pesos.When the DOS is called you can't reconvey to the seller and restructure the deal as a lease option... at that point the goose is already cooked.

@Pawel Cwierz call me a cook all you want but i think it is just fear that is taught from an early age.

I do less laundry, I rarely wash dishes because I never cook to create dishes, My showers last 5 minutes and my son is bathed every 3 days.

The other, in Capt Cook, Big Island, had bugs all over the place and when we arrived there were people already staying there and they double booked.
