If you think I am right about this, let them know that you think your agent willfully exploited you for personal gain (I assume there is personal gain somewhere in this) trapping you in this situation.

Way to many people think there is 'no way out' or feel like they are 'trapped' in the rat race.

That traps them into their excuse of "hygiene issues".

Nothing else.I only offered a partial refund as I felt I was being taken advantage of.At some point this summer, crickets established their home in my unfinished basement and were singing ALL night - had to put traps and spray around the perimeter of the house to prevent intrusion. 

Thank God ended contract with them since I felt trapped.
