I think a lot of folks on here are influenced by the Rich Dad Poor Dad philosophy.

The mainstream media influences people for sure , so if more and more media comes out saying the housing market is bad or about to crash that's going to influence things.Here is one Wall Street Journal just put out 4 hours ago , also many people just read the headlines. 

I would, however, recommend start reading, "How to win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie.

I know for myself, your posts and insights have tremendously influenced my REI strategy.  

It may not show direct conversions but I can assure you it helps influence travelers to book with you!

The 200 or so homes in the area nearest the Parkway (commercial/downtown area) is something we can have an influence in.
