One thing I’d add is that a good investor-friendly agent can be part of that strategy too ,not just a “one-time hold.”Experienced investor agents help buyers evaluate neighborhoods, rental restrictions, HOA rules, and exit strategies, and they source opportunities both on-market and off-market.

I was told this would be an ideal package for me and would allow me to progress at my own pace to self learn about what I would need to to to maximize my tax deductions and would most likely include entity formation at extra costs.
