Are your current rentals optimal for STR?

We are locking in good debt and chasing deals where we can get optimal financing. 

Just looking to get in the right direction and make smart optimal decisions. 

They are aligned with the company's aims and concentrate on department-specific objectives such as boosting resident happiness, optimizing operational efficiency, introducing cost-cutting initiatives, and streamlining financial operations.Individual Position Goals: Each employee has individual position goals that are tailored to their specific tasks and responsibilities within the firm.

However, what I plan to do is to optimize cashflowing REI to speed up early retirement plan by 20-30 yrs.  

It becomes like breathing air you just know how to do it optimally without thinking about it.I have seen syndicators take on loan assumptions with marginal terms and high fees or they used floating debt just to massage the numbers so they could hit a certain projected pref (hopefully) to the investors to entice investment of capital.

The key to individual  investors here, in my opinion, is to turn around smaller properties where you optimize income, value, and tenant class.

With a 605 he is already not able to obtain optimal financing, easy rentals (at least in my market), etc.  

Everybody has issues but I admire the optimism of my tenants that are or have been in some very difficult situations.
