I hire a company to handle rent court now, but when I used to go I remember a few tenants who showed up that would go into long-winded stories or say that something hasn't been fixed in the property.

I can't afford to have tenants move out because the heat is weak when it's 20 degrees out.The big problem was that the exchange coils inside the air handler were completely gummed up.
