Your software will be instrumental in running your rentals like a well oiled business machine.

but, that's myself and you'd be best served digging through things to come up with your own because the journey alone will give great knowledge and insights to better understand the "machine" of it all. 

There is less wear and tear on the machine when the fan speeds are able to be modulated.

Based on the info in your post, my recommendation would be to turn these assets into well oiled machines and max out their NOI.
