In Illinois at least, you can’t discriminate based on legal status for housing.Try running them through American Apartment Owners Association.If they have an ITIN number you should be able to get a credit report.Without an ITIN, you can’t get a credit score, but you should still be able to do a basic background based on name and address.

I found very few reviews except one that said it requires a $5000 initial investment and the refund policy wasn't stated.All these social media gurus/coaches say basically the same thing with different hooks to get your attention, his being the "cowboy" and they will mentor you 1:1 and walk you through the steps, etc.

He was the nicest guy, wanted to house hack a duplex, I wanted him to succeed (and a happy end to the drama for me) at the 3rd deal, I basically did a full blown inspection with him (yes, I have the skill set), before we wrote the offer.

Pick a desirable neighborhood that produces quality tenants.Just to drive the point home, here is what I am personally doing: over the last 7 or 8  years we have gone from investing in basically half of Milwaukee (1.6 million metro area) to only investing in a 20 min zone around where we live.

In 1948 when 30 year mortgages came out basically the thought was the same back then, it will be debt for life and it was done to allow younger people the affordability to buy a mortgage.
