    @Javier Maya I have a great attorney if you need someone, but just know that things are still on hold for right now. The best move at this point is probably to try to do cash for keys if you can get lucky enough to pull it off.

    No point in hiring an eviction attorney in Chicago at this point, this lovely moratorium will be with us for quite some time. And that means judge won't even look at your eviction request. And maybe one day, say 6 months from now, maybe you can actually file it, it will then take you another year to get rid of that tenant. Because by that time the sheriff will be so backed up that last step alone will take 6 months. It sure is a good time to be a tenant in Chicago right now, you can basically live for free.

       It must be nice having the tenants of the 100 units you own pay the mortgages for you. You sound like a monster.

      You obviously have never had to deal with a professional tenant. I also wager that you’ve never had a situation where there’s too much month left at the end of the money.
