Has anyone paid for Jaren Sustar’s rental academy?  Any reviews?

I've never even heard of it tbh. That being said, I have a fairly low opinion of gurus in general, especially ones that describe themselves as "academies." And "Finance Cowboy" sounds particularly guruish. But I might just be exposing my own biases here.
