Those practices are for licensed companies handling a larger volume of applications, where the risk of coming under the microscope is much greater.Just know where you can, and cannot descriminate.

Best case scenario if the park does not allow rentals is the eviction of your tenant, you ending up under the park's microscope to ensure it doesn't happen again, and hopefully you make a profit after rehab/repair, at least enough to cover the costs of selling.

It always amazes me how experienced investors see the bigger picture much easier than us newbies.I was just looking at this with a microscope of getting the lowest interest rate possible.We both work full time jobs, so living in a fixer upper with children is not really an option for us.

@Despina Galanopoulos - I think you have to decide how big of an issue it is or you and how much money you are willing to spend.You can definitely go down the bath of hiring an attorney and writing a letter, but I'd be going through the HOA bylaws with a microscope to see what ammo you can find.

Lenders are having to look at self employed borrowers under the microscope- if you do decide you want to be on the refi, or even regarding the investment properties, I would suggest getting your 2020 taxes prepared and filed as soon as possible if not done already.
