Sylvia,Your mention of multifamily caught my eye.Although my wife is a real estate agent here in SoCal, we have decided to look at small to medium multifamily properties outside of California.I'm an engineer and RE investing is new to me beyond the houses we have purchased and kept over the years.

They found it out, andI had to go to the planning board and zoning board, hire an engineer and architect to make the fourth unit legal.In my opinion, the realtor should have verified the zoning, and if you used bank financing, it's pretty rare for the bank to miss it as well.You are probably going to have to hire an architect to draw plans and to get it approved as a triplex.I wish you luck.

I've tried to speak to the development / engineering staff at Stessa but they've been unable to resolve this ongoing issue for me.Just curious to see if anyone else has this same setup and things are operating without issue, or what they may have done to resolve it.

The video in question was for a single engine Cirrus Vision Jet.I wasn't taking notes or anything, but if I recall correctly the variable cost of just maintaining the jet, along with fuel expense was about $1,000/hour for 250 hours of use/year, and about $1,300 per hour for 50 hours per year.
