From there, I gather documents, do a background and credit check and follow up with past landlords, references.Doing it this way keeps a record of everyone that applied, the information they provided you with and a written email trail of your communications with them.

All tenants have been contacted and reminded to communicate if there are issues with the unit, jobs or their ability to pay rent/on time.

So many landlords applied for EIDL (loan directly with SBA, not through banks)....nothing for me...nada, no acknowledgment, no communications whatsoever from SBA....Anybody here received communications from the EIDL Loan Applications?

Basically what Brandon suggested in his post from about three weeks ago.Our plan, at the time we implemented and communicated it, seemed to be predominately what other landlords and property management companies were doing.
