It also has a bunch of really unique benefits/tools for your rental portfolio (Lease Indication Tool, Expense Tracking, Maintenance Requests, Rent Collection, Tenant Communication, etc.) in one central place.

I have pretty good success with Realtiy Mogul, Rich Uncle, AHP and moderate success with Fundrise.

He has plenty of work but he is not going to get rich or even close to it running a handyman business.  

VRBO and Airbnb have all the basic communications that I use.

Over the past 1-3 months the amount of tenants sending mostly useless communication messages has suddenly increased dramatically.
