Marie Poe Thanks for your feedback.I feel like condos are like any other real estate investment - as an investor, you have to become an expert in that category so you understand what to look for when you are reviewing the deal and you develop a methodology that is predictable and repeatable.

If this is what you'd do, can you post some sample language that you'd use in the contract?

The goal right now is to learn the fundamentals, understand valuation methodology and then jump right into the deep end and navigate my way around. 

I listened to 5 podcasts, added several of the books mentioned to my Audible wish list as well as added some of them as Kindle PC samples.

If it helps, consider taking a sample deal that you've made money on and reverse engineer it.

Worth investing in the soil sample on the front end. 

I would think this would be better suited in an area were there is a greater population sample to pull from as I stated I could not rent an airbnb because i could not ( dont know how) put up my picture so there is picture bias. so i went to vrbo LOL

I do think they will send samples.

When you buy the smooth top they give you a sample of the cleaner, I think one brand is crème brite but it says it in the manual.
