Hello allI just had someone reach out about renting one of my properties to use as a group home or adult care home housing adult males.Has anyone done this and what has your experience been?  

Other people may have issues with it for religious reasons, or have teens along who may get their hands on it before the adults even know it's there, etc. 

Four adults should be able to easily afford to pay the rent, as agreed.

If you are a Catholic Latina female and want to rent to only Catholic Latina Females, then that's allowed. 

@Elena Pech they should get liability on their renters insurance and if these are working away from home adults I suggest no puppies.

I believe the rental market will be strong in the coming years partly because the younger generation of adults are less likely to "settle down," and the price of home ownership is significantly higher than it was just five years ago.

That being said, at least in FL, you can have in the lease application that all adult occupants must be on the application.
