While there are tons of advice and methodologies for investing without any money, you'll note that the investors who aren't trying to surmount this problem have decent W2 income to support getting financing and to build up their cash. 

I would zoom out and look at what you want to achieve first and break things down to a first principles thinking similar to a tesla methodology but with respect to finance and the least costly of capital and balance it with your time frame for expediency.If you still have questions let me know we'll brain storm.

While I don't expect this to make a huge difference in $$ from one investment, if it gets the kids excited about investing and checking in on the stock, it's worth it, and they will hopefully go on to learn much more at a much earlier stage in life than kids that fail to get this exposure.For older folks, I think it's just all about repetition and an understanding that if you take a random sampling of the population, 95 out of 100 are going to look at you like you are crazy when you tell them that it is possible to build significant passive wealth in 5-7 years or so.

The quality just wasn't good and even though the samples they have posted seem to depict the level of creativity and quality of design, the end product was nothing like it.

As I start my rehab/renovation project on this property, I realized that I need to find a great spreadsheet or a sample of one that would help me to keep better track of my expenses  as I would like to see just how close I get to my initial estimated Cost of repair.

The sample I got didn't mention water proof, and I am looking to install this in the kitchen and bathroom.
