I'm new to real estate investing and would like rent out my condo in 2018.  Can anyone point me towards resources that explain how rental income should be reported on your tax forms?

I am looking at the A.CRE calculators and like that they continually improve them and also provide tutorials.

I wonder if there is a tutorial on how to use / navigate through this BP portal.  

There are a ton of YouTube tutorials and videos of how to get the best use out of the product, nonethelss, I would definitely consider looking into it.

Once you've done all that above, you can make sure Google Analytics is running on your website (tons of tutorials on YouTube) so you can study your traffic and start planning a targeted ad campaign.

I will see if the software as a tutorial but I may take you up on your offer sometime.
